The physiological goal of Big Al’s program is to expand the spongy bodies of the penis — known as the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum — while simultaneously stretching the tunica that holds those spongy bodies and spreading the suspensory ligaments that anchor the penis to the pubis. Cell walls grow and expand with each exercise session, Big Al tells me, and the compound effect over time is increased length. “One-third to one-half of the entire length of the penile body is hidden behind the pubis,” he notes. “Lengthening exercises like the Side-to-Side Stretch permanently expand these ligaments, allowing more of the inner penis to be exposed, and thereby, lengthening the measurable portion of the penis.”
No herbal remedy can restore erections like Viagra and its prescription counterparts, says Steven Lamm, MD, an assistant professor of medicine at New York University and author of The Hardness Factor. But Lamm says these remedies may be appropriate for men who have experienced a decline in sexual performance but do not suffer from a diagnosable sexual problem. Lamm has endorsed an herbal remedy, marketed under the Roaring Tiger label, that combines horny goat weed and other herbal extracts with the amino acid L-arginine. (The supplements are made by the same company that makes the FastSize Extender.)
really hard to tell without knowing your actual size. The bigger your penis, the easier your gains because there is simply more tissue. A very good gain if you are a little below the average at the moment is about 1.5 to 2 inches in 6 months. Requires some effort, most people will probably see like 1 inch in 6 months. There are always exceptional results a few men may achieve, but don’t expect wonders. Setting goals is great, but don’t be disappointed if your growth is smaller or takes longer than expected. Every inch helps and at the end it’s about permanent long term results. Definitly don’t believe claims like “grow 5+ inches”, that’s something no average guy will ever see, even after years.
If these scientific facts do not change your feelings, consider the fact that maybe, like a woman bombarded by photoshopped images of "vixens" who have been surgically enhanced, you may also be comparing yourself to some unreality and suffering needlessly as a result. In fact, one 2005 study appearing in the journal Urology found exactly this to be the case. Of 92 patients who complained of a short penis, almost all of them had “overestimated the normal penile size,” noted the authors. More importantly, not one of these men actually had short penises.
L-Arginine (Amino Acid): L-Arginine is the secret to sexual performance, and many male adult movie stars use L-arginine supplement before sexual intercourse to boost their sexual performance. L-Arginine is an amino acid that provides hard solid erections and increases a volume of ejaculation. Take daily 500mg and 1000mg just before sexual intercourse to improve performance in bed. You should use it in moderation if you notice any side effects.

Pharmacist said try adding free testosterone, bought him nugenix for a high price for one month supply, he didn't even notice any difference. The extenders we’re discussing here are not like the devices mentioned above that are used for penis extension. Instead, these tools, usually made from realistic materials, are worn on the penis during sex and make you feel bigger to your partner without changing the size of your penis. They can add a bit of girth and length if they’re the style that are closed at the end (some are shorter than a penis and remain open).
Unfortunately, men today continue to feel pressure to have a larger penis, which can lead to shame, embarrassment, and stress. It often causes men who have a normal sized penis to believe that they require penis enlargement. With countless TV commercials, internet ads, and magazine advertisements advertising different ways to make your penis bigger, it’s easy to start feeling insecure about your size.
Big pharma companies don’t publish what’s going on in their secret labs, but we are sure they would come up with some sort of enlargement pill if it would be possible. Viagra was a sensational success for Pfizer, any medication for penile enhancement would become a bestseller, too, a patent worth billions. Doesn’t look like this will ever happen, there is no imaginable way how a pill could increase size.
Added to that, she says, is the popularity of shows such as Love Island where objectification comes as standard. In the summer of 2017, one male contestant was described as having “a penis like a baseball bat”; it was, unequivocally, a compliment. None of this objectification is new, of course: it’s just new for men. “But that doesn’t lessen the impact,” Gregory says. “For the individual who is going through the trauma of fearing his penis is too small, this is still devastating.”
While many men worry their penis is too small, research shows that most men's penises are normal and they needn't be concerned. Professor Kevan Wylie, a sexual medicine consultant, says men with concerns about their penis size should consider talking to a health professional before experimenting with treatments, which are mostly ineffective, expensive and potentially harmful.
There are several surgical treatments, most of which carry a risk of significant complications. Procedures by unlicensed surgeons can lead to serious complications. Risky surgical treatments include subcutaneous fat injection, division of the suspensory ligament, and the injection of dermal fillers, silicone gel, or PMMA. The American Urological Association (AUA) and the Urology Care Foundation "consider subcutaneous fat injection for increasing penile girth to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious. The AUA also considers the division of the suspensory ligament of the penis for increasing penile length in adults to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious." Dermal fillers are also not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the penis.
