Traction is a nonsurgical method to lengthen the penis by employing devices that pull at the glans of the penis for extended periods of time. As of 2013, the majority of research investigating the use of penile traction focuses on treating the curvature and shrinkage of the penis as a result of Peyronie's disease, although some literature exists on the impact on men with short penises.[24]

Before starting this exercise, make sure you wait for thirty seconds to trap a lot of blood. Then, use your second hand to start stroking the penis towards the head position in a slow and firm stroke. Take three seconds to complete the stroke and wait one or two seconds at the head of the penis. Move your hand back to the starting position and repeat the milking motion.

Basically, it’s a wrong perception of the own body, Men affected by it believe their penis is way too small, are almost obsessed by this thought, although their manhood has a normal length and girth. While the symtoms are very severe, including depression, anxiety and isolation, it’s a very rare psycological disorder. It’s often triggered by very negative personal experiences, e.g. rejection by a woman and other sexual problems. In case you think your penis is tiny, but has normal measurements, seeking professional help is recommended. There is also a very detailed article by clinical psychologist Ph.D. Mark Dombeck on MentalHelp we recommend for more details about SPS, characteristics and treatment. He points out: “It appears to us that some men have perfectly adequate penises, based on the measurements they’ve communicated. Stretching with weights. Weights or stretching exercises won't bulk up your penis -- it's not a muscle. But hanging weights off your flaccid penis may stretch it a bit, O'Leary says. The catch is that it requires a freakish degree of dedication. "You might have to wear a weight strapped to your penis eight hours a day for six months," says O'Leary. At the end of it, you could be lucky enough to gain about half an inch. Risks include tearing of the tissue, burst blood vessels, and other problems.
There are several surgical treatments, most of which carry a risk of significant complications.[6] Procedures by unlicensed surgeons can lead to serious complications.[7] Risky surgical treatments include subcutaneous fat injection, division of the suspensory ligament, and the injection of dermal fillers, silicone gel, or PMMA.[8][9] The American Urological Association (AUA) and the Urology Care Foundation "consider subcutaneous fat injection for increasing penile girth to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious. The AUA also considers the division of the suspensory ligament of the penis for increasing penile length in adults to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious."[10] Dermal fillers are also not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the penis.[11]
