Tugging, pulling, stretching. This method once again has a number of options for implementation. I find the easiest is to simply tug on your penis a few times, essentially stretching it out for a moment, releasing and repeating. You can also do full on stretches which have you pulling on your penis, stretching it out and holding it there for several seconds before releasing and repeating.
Penis size can be a sensitive issue for many men. Surgery, pills, traction devices, and injections are all methods that have been used to try to enlarge penis size, but these methods are generally only useful for men who have had penile trauma or a medical disorder affecting the function of the penis. A man's penis has important functions and a complex anatomy, which means that enlargement is tricky—and risky.
Stretching exercises not only make your penis longer in erect state but the length of flaccid penis will also increase. Stretching exercises are completely safe if you do warm exercise before them and use common sense. For stretching exercises you don’t need to apply lubricant on your penis. If you gain erection while performing these exercises you have to stop and let erection subside, then continue with exercise.
There are several surgical treatments, most of which carry a risk of significant complications. Procedures by unlicensed surgeons can lead to serious complications. Risky surgical treatments include subcutaneous fat injection, division of the suspensory ligament, and the injection of dermal fillers, silicone gel, or PMMA. The American Urological Association (AUA) and the Urology Care Foundation "consider subcutaneous fat injection for increasing penile girth to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious. The AUA also considers the division of the suspensory ligament of the penis for increasing penile length in adults to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious." Dermal fillers are also not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the penis.
