The second most popular procedure for men - after pectoral implants - is the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Who gets this procedure? We asked Dr Matthew Schulman, a surgeon in New York City, who performs many of them. "About 75 per cent of men requesting BBLs are gay and looking to increase the size and roundness of their buttocks," he says. "The other 25 per cent are straight men who complain that they have always had a flat butt." The results are permanent. "The advantage of this procedure is that it also includes liposuction as a way of harvesting donor fat. This allows for simultaneous contouring of the hip flanks and abdomen." Finally, a fat stomach that's good for something.
Richard, the mechanic from New York, got results faster than Bob, but still wore the device under his clothes for about eight hours a day. Richard's wife has also been supportive. "I see a more confident man in front of me from using this product," she says. She also says the lengthening has enhanced their sex life, though she had no complaints before.
People get fillers and injections for all sorts of cosmetic reasons, but you can also get injections in your penis. "I have so many patients who come in stressing about the size of their penis when, in reality, the relationship between size and sexual satisfaction is a myth. The average vagina length is 5 inches, which is less than average penis size in America, which is 5.5 inches. What most men don’t realize is that when it comes to sexual satisfaction, girth is more important than length. There are things men can do to enhance their girth but it won’t come in the form of pill, and although penis pumps can improve an erection, they don’t help with overall size. Also, penis exercises are not totally validated to increase size. Sorry guys! But, there are solutions,” says Dr. Muhammad Mirza, sexual men's health expert and founder of ErectileDoctor.com.

Surgery offers the only permanent solution for enlargement of the penis. Through surgery, the penis can be visually enlarged, usually by just over an inch. The surgeon will cut the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position, allowing the penis to descend. Weights, or stretching devices, are then used for a few months to affect a permanent increase in size. The procedure may result in scar tissue, the erection will point down, and the base of the penis will be hairy.
Penis extenders and traction devices are other options often advertised to make your penis bigger, and they are designed to stretch the penis by exerting traction on it. One small study done on 23 men saw a small increase in both flaccid penile length and stretched penile length after using a penile extender . Another small study on 15 patients saw more significant gains in length after six months of using penile extenders, along with improvements in erectile function . It’s important to note that both of these studies are very small, and while they look promising, further studies on penis extension and penis stretching are needed.
Richard, a mechanic from upstate New York, is a muscular, athletic guy. He has a loving wife who has always enjoyed their sex life. But ever since he was a young boy, Richard couldn't get over the feeling that his penis was too small. In public bathrooms, he'd use the handicapped stall. He felt embarrassed in gym locker rooms and when standing naked before his wife. "I didn't feel manly enough," he tells WebMD.
Using penile extenders involves hanging a weight off the penis for hours at a time, which doesn't increase size. To the contrary, this can cause tissue damage and there have been reports of it causing Peyronie's disease (curving of the penis). Rather than resulting in enlargement, using penile extenders could cause injury and have a negative effect on your ability to get an erection.
I retired when I was 55, and got divorced before my 56th birthday. There just wasn’t anything to do. I thought I was too old to date, to get women – until an old buddy of mine talked me into buying Progentra. At first I thought it was a scam. I thought nothing this affordable could be THAT effective. I took Progentra daily, and I felt the changes almost immediately. I gained around 1.5 inches in my first month! I retired with a bit of cash, and it definitely helps that Progentra doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like other pills do. Plus, it made my sex life a whole lot better. I’m going out like I was in my 30s, and young ladies come up to me almost on a nightly basis, especially when they heard I was packing something big inside my pants. I never thought life could be this sweet. Thanks, Progentra!
When I personally talk with John Collins and tell him my situation he suggests me to combine penis exercises with his 2-step method which makes sense to me. So after combining my penis exercise routine with Collin’s two-step method I gained 2.3 inches in 6 months and whenever I say anyone that I gained 2.5 in 6 months they get desperate to know about my penis enlargement secret.
There are several surgical treatments, most of which carry a risk of significant complications. Procedures by unlicensed surgeons can lead to serious complications. Risky surgical treatments include subcutaneous fat injection, division of the suspensory ligament, and the injection of dermal fillers, silicone gel, or PMMA. The American Urological Association (AUA) and the Urology Care Foundation "consider subcutaneous fat injection for increasing penile girth to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious. The AUA also considers the division of the suspensory ligament of the penis for increasing penile length in adults to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or efficacious." Dermal fillers are also not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the penis.
